FAQ

  • What if there is bad weather?
    Your swim coach will do their best to contact you in advance with any weather concerns. Please reach out to your coach if you have any weather concerns of your own. Due to the 30 minute Thunder/Lightning Policy, if there is thunder before a lesson, it will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please contact at least an hour before the lesson with your concern.
  • What if something comes up and I can't make a lesson?
    Let your coach know ASAP. The lesson will be cancelled with no rescheduling. Contact us with your specific situation to discuss options?
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Any cancellations made two weeks before the lesson will recieve a refund. Cancellations made with less than a two week notice will not be refunded their deposit.
  • What is the No-Show Policy?
    If we do not hear from you the day of your lesson, the card on file will be charged the full amount of the service.
  • What is the Covid-19 Policy?
    We do not wear masks in the pool for our safty and your child's. We santize and wipe down any pool toys etc between lessons. If you have a cancellation due to the coronovirus at any time, contact your coach to talk about your quarantine and rescheduling. We are not liable if your child contacts the coronavirus the week of swim lessons.
  • Where do I sit during the lesson?
    We reccomend that parents leave during the lesson because many children get distracted when they have a parent watching. We will have specific seating away from the pool for parents who cannot leave.
  • In a lesson with multiple children where does the child waiting for their turn sit?
    The child who is not currently in the water with the coach cannot sit in or around the pool and must be supervised.
